MORNING POINTE SENIOR LIVING FACILITY

This project involved the design and construction of a 30,000 SF senior living and memory care facility located in Russell, Kentucky. Thoroughbred provided civil design, surveying, geotechnical, environmental, construction layout and KBC Special Inspection services for the project.

Unforeseen project challenges included encountering open mines beneath the planned facility, rock slope cuts, retaining wall requirements and raising the building pad to resolve previous issues.
