HIDDEN CREEK ESTATES

Hidden Creek Estates is a residential subdivision located in rural Scott County, Kentucky. Planning and development of this new subdivision encompassed 44 parcels of approximately two acres each and seven larger lots of 25 acres or more. Thoroughbred provided surveying, civil design, geotechnical engineering and construction materials testing for this massive development project.
